Hi everyone, I'm a sole trader that does part time consulting work for aged care providers on project based work. It's about 2 days a week at the moment while I balance family commitments. I need a place that is separate from home, but close to my home. I don't need much space, just enough for a desk, computer and a coffee machine. Ideally a place I could lock up my bicycle.

I have been consulting and project managing for about 10 years in the area of aged care. When I'm not working, I'm looking after my 5 year old daughter, or I'm at the tennis court or swimming laps in the pool!
